1. WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY (1 YEAR)

All Shutters Pro provides a one (1) year limited workmanship warranty covering defects related to our installation of hurricane protection systems, including hurricane shutters, screens, motors, tracks, fasteners, and related components. This workmanship warranty covers issues that arise directly from installation errors or defects under normal use and conditions.

2. MANUFACTURER PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All manufacturer product warranties remain in effect according to each manufacturer’s specific terms and coverage. For the first five (5) years, All Shutters Pro will handle warranty submissions, manufacturer communication, and replacement coordination (if approved). Important: All manufacturer warranty claims must be attempted through All Shutters Pro first.

3. EXCLUSIONS – NOT COVERED

This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by hurricanes, tropical storms, windstorms, flooding, or storm surge; acts of God, war, terrorism, or civil disturbance; improper use, neglect, or abuse; alterations made by others; structural movement or building shifts; impact damage from debris; power surges or electrical failures; and normal wear and cosmetic aging. Storm-related damage is not covered under this warranty. However, All Shutters Pro will assist in attempting manufacturer replacement submissions when applicable.

4. SERVICE CALL POLICY

All non-warranty service calls are paid service calls. Diagnostic fees, labor, and travel may apply. Maintenance, adjustments, and storm-related calls are billable.

5. MAINTENANCE & PROPER USE REQUIREMENT

Warranty coverage is valid only when proper use is maintained, routine maintenance is performed, and shutters and screens are not obstructed, overloaded, or misused. Failure to properly maintain or operate your system may void warranty coverage.

6. TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty automatically transfers to the new homeowner for the remainder of the original warranty period upon sale of the property. No additional paperwork is required.

7. STORM RESPONSE & EMERGENCY SERVICE

All Shutters Pro does work during and after storms and will assist all customers who contact our company for emergency service. Storm response calls are not warranty calls and are subject to emergency service rates.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All Shutters Pro shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of property, or loss of income, or damage caused by storms, flooding, or structural failure. Liability is strictly limited to the original cost of labor performed under warranty where applicable.

9. CONTACT & CLAIMS

All warranty claims, service requests, and manufacturer submissions must be initiated by contacting All Shutters Pro via email, call, or text.

10. PROFESSIONAL STANDARD

All work is performed to professional industry standards and according to Florida building practices applicable to hurricane protection systems.
